We accept
credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
for domestic shipments only. For international shipments
orders must be paid in advance with a wire transfer, and we
will ship only to your designated freight forwarder in the
continental US. |

All prices
are subject to change without notice. Some prices include a
core refund fee which is designated by an astrisk(*) followed
by the amount of the refund. |
| WARRANTY: |

All
products are 100% warranted to be free of defects for a period
of one year from the production date with the exception of
recycled and compatible inkjet cartridges, which are warranted
for 180 days. |

| CORE
REFUNDS: |
|
Empty
cartridges returned within 20 days of invoice date will receive
a core refund. Broken cartridges or drums exposed due to
improper packaging will not receive a core credit and will not
be returned. Extras or substitutions are unacceptable. |
| CLAIMS: |
|
If
you receive product that has been obviously damaged during
shipment, please refuse delivery. If the damage is not found
until after the carrier has left your premises, contact the
carrier to file a claim and notify AAA Cartridges. |
| DISCREPANCIES: |
|
All
discrepancies on orders must be advised to AAA Cartridges within
24 hours. |
| MERCHANDISE: |
|
All
merchandise is subject to availability. |
| RETURN
POLICY: |
|
A
RMA is required for any return of cartridges due to defect or to
restock. No refunds will be given for products out of warranty.
No exceptions! Only cartridges sold by AAA Cartridges are
acceptable.
- Cartridges
more than 75% used cannot be returned as defective.
- Cartridges
that have been tampered with may not be returned.
- If
cartridge is not defective, no refund will be given and the
cartridge will not be returned.
- Cartridges
returned after 90 days will be replaced only.
Cartridges
returned for restocking due to error in ordering are subject to
a 25% restocking charge. To receive credit, returned goods must
be in salable condition. |

Return
of defective recycled inkjet cartridges processed under the
"JETPAK MAILER" program may be returned as an extra
cartridge in any Jetpak Mailer. Please mark the cartridge as
"defective". If you use a large cartridge style that
will not fit as an extra in a Jetpak Mailer, we will issue a
